The Fiends just saw The Lighthouse. Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Robert Eggers (The Witch), this surreal film tells the story of 2 Lighthouse Keepers, working and living on an isolated island. The 2 men try desperately to control their sanity and not lose their minds during their stay. The Fiends just saw a screening of Rob Zombie's new sequel to The Devil's Rejects and House of 1000 Corpses, 3 from Hell... This was a highly anticipated film in the horror community, and its predecessors have gone on to become Cult Classics. So the guys could not wait to see this movie.
Otis, Baby, and Captain Spaulding are back to raise hell and inflict as much pain as humanly possible on the world. It turns out they did not die at the end of the last movie...

Hollywood has finally brought the classic book series, that scared the hell out of us when we were young, to the big screen, "Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark"
The movie weaves together a few stories from the terrifying "children's" books from the 1980's. Guillermo del Toro serves as executive producer, with Andre Ovredal (Trollhunter and The Autopsy of Jane Doe) directing. The trailers showed a lot of promise (Practical Effects, Halloween time, etc..) But did it deliver on that promise?

The Fiends just got out of a screening of the 9th film by acclaimed director Quentin Tarantino, Once Upon A Time... In Hollywood
The film follows fading Movie and TV actor Rick Dalton and his stuntman Cliff Booth over the course of 3 specific days in 1969. It is set against the backdrop of the Manson Murders, and also intertwines the story of young actress Sharon Tate. Tarantino leaves his stamp on his love letter to Hollywood by giving you a few classic moments, but the movie does fall short in some areas.
So listen as the fiends give you their rapid reaction, and some strong opinions, on this highly anticipated film from the auteur director...
